All communications made through the ANTEX Ethical Channel must be made in good faith and may include any relevant documentation. ANTEX commits to not taking any form of retaliation, threats of retaliation, or attempts of retaliation, whether direct or indirect, against individuals who, in good faith, report any irregularities through the Ethical Channel.
Investigations will be conducted by the System Responsible of ANTEX (the Compliance Committee) in an objective and diligent manner, in accordance with internal regulations and applicable legislation. In this regard, throughout the investigation procedure, compliance with the principles of objectivity, confidentiality of communications, independence, good faith, and protection of personal data will be monitored. The right to defense, honor, and presumption of innocence of the individuals under investigation will also be guaranteed. Additionally, the procedure will be transparent and ensure the right to information for those involved.
The following Ethical Channel Operating Policy of ANTEX GROUP defines and establishes the general principles of application and addresses issues related to the procedure for managing, processing, and resolving communications received through the ANTEX Ethical Channel.
