This new activity has been built on the basis of an existing company (Inquitex and later Eko-REC) with more than 50 years of experience in the world of fibre.

By combining synergies from both companies, the objective is to consolidate and strengthen current fibre markets and to develop new products and applications by combining our vast experience and knowledge of both fibres and filaments.

Thanks to the group´s recycling capacity and machinery, Antex Fibres can offer a wide range of products which are 100% recycled from post-consumer waste and at the same time help manage post-industrial waste from the textile and packaging sector.

We aim to move towards “Zero Waste Production” systems, transforming the textile industry into a greener industry that helps to preserve the environment.

We have machinery for the recycling of post-industrial and post-consumer products. This technology allows us to re-use waste from the textile and plastic chain and to subsequently give it a second life in the form of fibre, and to then reintroduce it into the textile chain. In this way we actively participate in the transformation of our sector towards a circular economy.

The fibre colouring process is also carried out by means of environmentally friendly technology. The colour is incorporated via Master Batch during the extrusion and spinning process, so that significant savings in water use, energy consumption and CO2 emissions are achieved.
